Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings

• 30 days or more prior: 25% retention charge of the total booking amount.

• 15–29 days prior: 50% retention charge of the total booking amount.

• 7–14 days prior: 75% retention charge of the total booking amount.

• Within 7 days: 100% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.

Group Bookings

• 30 days or more prior: 25% retention charge of the total booking amount.

• 15–29 days prior: 50% retention charge of the total booking amount.

• 7–14 days prior: 75% retention charge of the total booking amount.

• Within 7 days: 100% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.

Note: Bookings are non-transferable.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used for the initial payment.

• Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Rescheduling

• If you wish to reschedule your tour, please notify us at least 30 days in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Rescheduling Charges: 10% of the total booking amount.

Natural Climates

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government advisories, or other unnatural events, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours.

• In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
